Attorney K. Beth Luna started The Luna Law Firm with the intention of creating a Nevada family law practice that focused on the individual client and his/her needs. After years of practicing family law in the Reno, NV area, Ms. Luna quickly realized that family law cases including divorce and child custody are unique and require an approach that is reasonable yet aggressive when necessary to balance out each individual and their family’s best interests.
Ms. Luna places a priority on listening to client’s concerns, goals and needs; working with each individual case to formulate the best method to handle the individual’s Nevada divorce or child custody case. Every client deserves to be educated about the law and kept advised on his/her case. You can expect Ms. Luna to take the time to explain the law to you and advise you on your case.

ABOUT K. BETH LUNA, ESQ:
Ms. Luna is currently licensed to practice law in Nevada, Florida and Tennessee. She has been active in assisting families since January 2001 and has been a licensed attorney since May 2000. Ms. Luna passed the bar in Nevada after relocating to Reno in 2007. In addition to her representation of individuals, Ms. Luna has assisted in the drafting of legislation in Florida and has been active in the representation of domestic violence victims. She remains committed to assisting families and providing quality, compassionate representation in her cases. .
